Every year at Harvest Group we hold a three day, in person, all company meeting (affectionately nicknamed “The Big Meeting”). During Big Meeting we reserve a night for announcing and celebrating our Harvest Values Winners, teammates nominated by their peers for an outstanding display of our values over the past year.
The selection of award winners is a collaborative effort, with each employee having the opportunity to submit a nomination for each value. They provide a brief description of how the nominee has demonstrated that particular value over the past year and why they are deserving of the award. Below, you can explore a bit about each of our values, their significance to us, and a chosen nomination quote that captures why the recipient was selected. This year we awarded two individuals per company value and added a Culture Champion award.
We invite you to enjoy this glimpse into Harvest culture and see how our values come to life through the recognition of these outstanding individuals. Let these awards also serve as a meaningful reminder to take a moment for reflection and celebrate the positive aspects of both work and life!
