In July of 2022, Harvest Group announced the acquisition of Three Sixty Sales in Minneapolis. Brent Teele founded Three Sixty Sales in 2006 with the belief that every manufacturer deserves to be a top priority and receive the best service and support from their partner. The Three Sixty Sales team was a natural cultural fit for Harvest Group, in the way that they serve clients, Target, and each other.

The past year has been filled with celebrations, challenges, and growth as the teams have come together to build a cross-functional, multi-retailer team with deep expertise across categories at Target.

To celebrate and reflect on this first year, we interviewed key leaders from both teams to share some of their highlights and memories.

How have you seen the Three Sixty Sales team add value to Harvest Group over the past year?

“Three Sixty allowed us to double down on our vision to transform people and business through remarkable growth, especially in Minneapolis. We have leveraged our in-depth knowledge across retailers, deepened our service model for national and owned brand and utilized our teammates’ functional backgrounds across start-up, big CPG, and merchant experience to serve clients with excellence.

The business model and team were truly complementary to each other and have allowed us to establish a stronger footprint in an incredibly competitive Minneapolis market as well as expand our clients’ footprint into other retailers where Harvest Group serves. We are thankful for the partnership and expertise that the team brings.” – Beth Voronyak, Vice President, Target, Harvest Group

How have you seen the teams share knowledge and work together to serve clients with excellence?

Our teams were both comprised of industry experts who have a deep understanding of evolving retailSharing knowledge across our teams has allowed us to collectively raise the skills and wisdom of the entire teamWe have learned a lot from one another’s experience, which has helped us to identify best practices and develop new strategies, allowing us to better serve our clients.  – Brent Teele, Executive Vice President, Target, Harvest Group

It’s been fun and exciting to watch our teams come together, combining both merchant and big CPG expertise to create a “super team”. The collaboration I’ve witnessed across the entire team has helped us leverage our total knowledge base to quickly unlock learnings and best utilize Harvest’s unique tools in analytics and digital marketing to the collective benefit of our clientsWe are truly BETTER TOGETHER. – Jason Brueggeman, Vice President, Target, Harvest Group

“By combining our broad experience, we have been able to launch new brands into Target across multiple categories. We have been able to leverage the shared knowledge to grow our current client’s business in a difficult inflationary environment.

With our scale and focus on technology and retail media, we have been able to test and learn, teach and train, and provide cutting-edge solutions for our team so they can focus on delivering on our clients’ business.

We have built deep personal and tech relationships across Roundel and other partners such as Citrus Ads, Criteo, and The Trade Desk. We are able to speak “trilingual retail” (in-store, digital, & advertising) for our clients and guide them as they look to optimize their investment needs.” – Beth Voronyak, Vice President, Target, Harvest Group

How have you seen the “better together” aspect come to life when serving clients?

“We have a client that has grown rapidly and Target expected increasingly more from them. We were able to insert additional resources to support the client – providing more people and functional expertise across insights, replenishment, content, and retail media to continue to grow the business, drive ROI, and deliver against the Joint Business Plan.

In another instance where we met with a client to discuss their multi-retailer business plan, they said ‘You are all speaking the same language…just with a different accent.’ I love how we can show up as one team and serve our clients like this in the midst of transition!” – Beth Voronyak, Vice President, Target, Harvest Group

How have you seen the Harvest Group culture at work between the teams?

“Everyone on the team has embraced the Journey of change as we have joined together, focusing on the common goal of serving our clients with Excellence. Seeing our combined Minneapolis teams and their families all together at our first Harvest Minneapolis family gathering in June was a really special culture moment recently. I’m honored to be able to work with such an amazing group of people.” – Jason Brueggeman, Vice President, Target, Harvest Group

It has been rewarding to see both teams embrace each other and be open to learning new ways of working. We took two teams and brought them together quickly into a larger organization which can be overwhelming, but the teams stayed focused on serving clients well while being a resource to one another. Amid change and the never-ending work, teammates were always asking “How can I help? while challenging the status quo to make the model even stronger– Beth Voronyak, Vice President, Target, Harvest Group

What are you looking forward to in the upcoming year?

“I am excited to see continued growth within our team, to see relationships and brands expand within Minneapolis, and to partner with our clients to deliver amazing products and results for our retailers.

In addition to personal growth, our ability to serve our clients across stores, digital, and retailer media continues to shine. We have built and will continue to expand our strategic relationships to deliver the best ROI & ROAS for our clients as we partner with Target merchants and Roundel.” – Beth Voronyak, Vice President, Target, Harvest Group

“Bringing our teams together has brought tremendous value and enhanced our opportunities for growthTwo is truly better than one when you are unified, informed, and empoweredI’m excited to see our team continue to build on shared experiences and serve our clients in innovative ways!”  – Brent Teele, Executive Vice President, Target, Harvest Group
