From managing our clients’ digital accounts across all the major retailers to writing best-in-class content for their items to offering effective support for investing in retail media, we are laser focused on providing a connected service offering for our clients across the commerce landscape.  

To continue serving at the forefront of these trends, we are excited to announce a significant addition to our leadership team with the hiring of Sejal Sheth, VP of Digital Commerce and Media. Sejal will lead Harvest Group clients across their omnichannel business and offer expertise to strengthen our connected capabilities across media, marketing, and sales.  

As the retail industry is evolving significantly with the shift from omnichannel to incorporate media, “bringing on Sejal is another step towards ensuring we’re serving our clients at the highest level across the commerce landscape” said Harvest Group COO, Ashley Knight. “We couldn’t be more excited to welcome Sejal in this role – she has the right industry experience, intuition, and attitude to lead our clients across their digital commerce business in this new era of retail.” 

Sejal joins Harvest Group with 19 years of experience in the CPG industry. She spent 15 years at the J.M. Smucker company and three years at GE Lighting, a Savant Company, across roles in marketing, sales, category development, and ecommerce. Many of her roles focused on pioneering and implementing new capabilities or go-to-market approaches.   

Sejal brings knowledge from working in many categories in grocery, consumables, and durable goods (pet, grocery, beverage, home improvement, and electronics) across multiple retailer models. Sejal has led and advised commercial teams on how to allocate shopper marketing and retail media budgets, while balancing digital media, CRM, and other national marketing plans to ensure a full-funnel effort.

Sejal’s appointment comes alongside other digital leadership structure investments at Harvest Group. Mark Stamps is taking on a new role as VP of Retail Media Development – allowing him to expand capacity into retail media partnerships and continue bringing Harvest Group clients leading-edge strategies in content and media.  

Kali Davis will be taking on expanded responsibilities as SVP of Centralized Services, leading Harvest Group clients in a connected approach across all centralized services, including content and retail media.
