In October of 2023 at our annual Kroger Blueprint event in Cincinnati, we announced to our clients our intention to expand our current Kroger service model to include both Harris Teeter and Albertsons in 2024. 

Earlier this week, we announced our expansion into Harris Teeter. Today, we’re proud to announce we are ready to serve our clients at Albertsons! 

The pending merger between Kroger and Albertsons is a once-in-a-generation opportunity to build consistency and scale of service to two of the largest grocery chains in the world. 

The model we are building incorporates the strategic direction of our retail customers and the structure critical to ensuring our clients achieve their goals. 

Kroger and Albertsons will integrate in multiple phases over the next three years, with the beginning stages of this integration starting within 90 days of the close date.  

We will leverage the strength of our 30-person centralized Cincinnati-based team to manage these initial functions while actively hiring a multi-functional, centralized Boise-based team to develop strategy at the Albertsons headquarter level.  We also recognize the importance of strategic Regional coverage, therefore we are actively building a team of Regional Sales Managers to call on the key regions with concentrated growth opportunity for our clients.  

As Kroger and Albertsons continue to integrate structure and model in the coming years, we believe our 8+ year presence serving Kroger is a strategic advantage for serving both retailers with a connected approach.
